I am in love with my Zima Dental Pod. I was brushing my retainers with toothpaste, and then I started using Clorox or Hydrogen Peroxide. That is, until I discovered the Dental Pod and realized the huge mistakes I was making in my attempt to prevent my retainers from smelling or turning a horrible brown color. Ordering was easy. I did not realize that I needed to order the tablets and consequently I ran out and am waiting for the delivery. Now, I might need to order the wipes to clean the Xima dental pod, although it is still very new and seems fine. Love this dental pod. My nightguards never looked so clean. Before, I used a cup & brush with the typical cleaning tablets like polydent or other brands from Amazon. I thought it was good enough till a friend recommended it to try the Zima Dental pod. Never heard of it back then, but I knew my mouthpiece was not as "clear" as it was when I first got it. I gave it a try (sure it was not cheap, but why be cheap when it comes to health items). After the first cleaning...it looked like new. I could not believe I was putting a nasty nightguard in my mouth every night. I've viewed reviews on reddit about the cost of the tablets and people skimp out and use the store tablets I used before. The ones from Zima are definitely worth the investment especially if you are allergic to the ingredients in the store bought brands. After, using these for a couple of weeks, I noticed that my sinus was not stuffy in the mornings like before. I never knew I was allergic or reacted to the ingredients from the other tablets. Get these and don't be cheap when it comes to your health.
I am in love with this wonderful little machine! I have been so concerned over the years that my post Invisalign aligners were simply not as clean as they could've been, despite my diligent brushing with a dedicated toothbrush. Using my pod every morning leaves my aligners sparklingly clean and I feel that is much healthier for me. I also oddly love the little ritual Of putting in the water, letting the tablet, dissolve, pushing the button, and hearing the pods sweet little sound as it does. It's magical work to make my aligners pop out crystal clear and clean. Very highly recommended! This has made such a difference to cleaning my aligners. Having to take out my invisalign three times a day meant forever spent trying to keep the aligners clean. I would brush them and they would end up filthy, I used sterilising fluid and the same thing happened. But using the dental pod has cut the cleaning time in half and I don't have to brush them at all. I was a bit disappointed when I got the product when it said it needed the cleaning tablets too, but I do find that with just water it cleans incredibly well anyway. I do use the cleaning tablets about halfway through my ten day wear to keep them fresh and when I get my permanent retainers I will clean them with the tablets but I've found it doesn't necessarily need them for short term use. The difference between aligners with ten days of brushing and with ten days of using the dental pod speaks for itself. Hopefully it lasts. Would 100% recommend, it's made my invisalign routine so much less stressful.

I’ve used it once so far. It cleaned my Invisalign bottom retainer nicely, but my top night guard still needs more cycles to get the yellow stains out. Hopefully I’ll see an improvement after using it with the cleaning pods 2x a day for 2 weeks like it says for heavily stained pieces.
I was really pleased with the dental pod, tablets and wipes. I keep it in my bathroom by my toothbrush and water flosser for daily use and it really gets my disgusting retainers clean with brushing.
Delivery was fast. My appliance was full of tartar and after several uses the tartar significantly diminished. I would’ve liked to have received more tablets with the machine than actually came. I did order more tablets, however, they are quite pricey. I do recommend this machine and it definitely works on cleaning your dental appliance.
